My husband and I along with our daughter and her fiancé were in town for wedding planning tasks. We had the entire upstairs of the home, which is two units. The bedrooms were all quite sizable and nicely furnished with extremely comfortable beds, and the entire property was spotless and well stocked. The only issue we had was that the shower in our unit did not produce much hot water, and we don’t take extremely long showers. Our daughter said that the other unit had sufficient hot water. Also, the bathroom sinks in our unit strangely would not deliver hot water until we turned the shower on. We communicated these issues to the property managers and they were very quick to answer and troubleshoot. I would still recommend staying here - it is lovely and VERY clean! - but I hope that the hot water issues can be resolved. ##### Melanie H. Overall, this place is great to stay in if you're looking for somewhere that's close to downtown and located in a good neighborhood. Only downsides to this property are that it has a very small kitchen with no dining table (so not great if you are planning on cooking and eating at the house), they only provide one set of towels per guest for the duration of the stay (which is very inconvenient since there is also no washer and dryer so you have to reuse the same towel and washcloth), and as previously stated, no washer and dryer (fine for short stays but difficult if staying more than a couple of days). There is also not great parking options if your party has more than one vehicle, You will end up parking several blocks away and paying for parking since there is only one space available for guest of The Inns to park a block away from the property. However, the rooms were nice and clean, all emails were answered promptly and they did bring us more towels when asked. So I would definitely recommend if staying for a short time but not so much if staying for more than that. That being said it is a great option if you are looking for a nice place to stay close to downtown for a decent price, even on 4th of July week. ##### Aaron R. It was close to downtown as advertised. The only thing I would consider a problem was parking. The parking spot was too small. I have an suv and it took up most of the space leaving not much room for the cars parking next to me. This was a problem for me because when I would leave and come back I would have to squeeze into my allotted spot. Passengers would have to get out of the car before I could fit into my spot. I also didn't see in the listing that I would be on the second floor. ##### Linda M. We stayed to look at colleges and to visit friends and family in Charleston. Everything we wanted to see was in walking distance. One thing we didn’t realize is that the place is two separate apartments. It worked out fine as we were traveling with another family but could be an issue if you wanted the whole crew behind one door. Still, overall was a great place. ##### RAYMOND P.
