For example, the flooring is run down and not shiny, there are chips and cracks on the wall, etc. That being said, those minor aesthetic details, did not negatively impact our stay. The house was spotless clean, beds were comfortable, linens were great quality and neighborhood was quiet. It has all amenities needed to feel comfortable. Main attractions are 30 to 40 minutes walk. The bathrooms could use some updating and the kitchen equipment is patchy, but the beds are comfortable and it is a handy pad for going out in the town.
