The property is fully renovated, while retaining its historical architectural charm, with modern, well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms, and tasteful and functional furnishings throughout. Upstairs bedroom suite in particular is delightful. Outdoor courtyard is well-furnished and inviting, and off-street parking for 2 cars is a great feature in this location. Very clean and had everything you needed to start your stay. Sitting area outside is adorable but we were unable to use it due to weather but we would have utilized it a lot if the weather was better. Beds are comfortable. We took an impromptu trip and stayed at a number of different spots in the Charleston area, ultimately I wish we had just stayed at Tom and Hannah’s place the entire time. It was clean, comfortable, stylish, and located in cool area. Walking distance to whatever you want to see in historic Charleston and there is parking for two cars which is great.
