It served its purpose of being close to King St, and walking distance to lots of Charlestons attractions. It was clean, well appointed, and comfortable. The management team was responsive throughout the check in/out process. Reasoning for 2 stars on accuracy of the listing is due to the construction that is not “nearby”, it’s directly next to the property, which led to disturbances. The management team was extremely understanding of the distruption to our trip. I would completely stay at at this property again, but only after the project behind it is finished. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The location was good for us and what we wanted to do, with parking. The area was a little noisy over the weekend but not too bad.
