The backyard was definitely our favorite. Our dogs loved it too. The house was clean. However, there were a few things that need attention. There was a strong cigarette odor. We did show up right at 4 and the cleaner was still there. So the smell may have come from him. It did linger throughout our stay but it was definitely the strongest after he left. We also did notice one palmetto bug. But we know that is a common thing in the south. But it may bother others. We did notify the owner and they quickly apologized. Made it work and everything else went smoothly. The location was more than ideal - so simple to get to everything we wanted to see on this trip. We had a blast at this property, and it is one of our favorites we’ve ever stayed in. It was convenient to downtown and Folly Beach, and getting to IOP wasn’t bad either. It was super clean, the fenced yard was perfect, and the master shower was amazing! Definitely hoping to stay here again! ##### Virginia Ansley B. It is well stocked with kitchen pots/pans, appliances and extras. The back yard is huge and fenced in, making it great for a dog. The neighborhood is very quiet and every driver was very nice to move over while I was waking the dog. It is a short 15 min drive to either Charleston or Folly Beach. Plus there are grocery stores close by. The owner was great with communication and quick to respond. Extremely happy with this excellent VRBO. ##### Russell C.
