Summary: Step into Charleston history with this beautifully remodeled 2-bedroom first-floor duplex, featuring original fireplaces over 100 years old, exposed beams, and thoughtfully updated interiors. Located right on King Street with a Walk Score of 98, the city’s best dining, shops, and nightlife are at your doorstep and yet you’ll enjoy the comfort of a private yard and cozy, home-like charm. The Space: The unit is made up of the entire first floor of the house and is a 2 bedroom unit with one full bath. The house was recently remodeled and is equipped with high end appliances and furniture. The living room, as well as both bedrooms have a Smart TV with basic cable and streaming apps like Netflix. There is an outdoor space with a picnic table and bikes for your use. Queen Air Mattress + Additional Bedding (Available upon request) PLEASE NOTE: As of 10/30/24 construction has begun in the lot behind the home and the surrounding area that will cause additional noise during the day. We are not made aware of the schedule, but some days can be louder than others with most work being done during the weekdays from around 8am to 5pm. Jan 24, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location #### Charleston Visit It was close to King Street which has its advantages and disadvantages. There is quite a bit of noise from the street which can't be helped. If you have a van or SUV you can have the driver exit the vehicle, but everyone else should exit before parking. The space is more for a small car. Would recommend for adults. ##### Kim C.
