Bare brick fireplaces serve as striking focal points within the bedrooms, adding character and warmth to the home. Wood accents enrich the cozy aesthetic, making this residence a perfect blend of modern comfort and rustic charm. Ideal for families or those seeking room to entertain, this home offers a welcoming retreat in a vibrant setting. The Space: The interior features an extra large primary bedroom with a King bed, a fireplace (non-working), and an en suite full bathroom. The Queen Bedrooms offer a large space, a fireplace (non-working), and antique furnishings. Across the hall you'll find a charming bedroom with a Queen bed and plenty of closet space. Rooms share the full bath in the hallway. There is a full-size washer and dryer. The large living area features a queen-size sofa bed. The kitchen is newly renovated and includes open shelving and new appliances, as well as dining for 8. Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by "more than four (4) unrelated people". This does NOT apply to families. This is unit is fully licensed and legal with the City of Charleston under STR Operational Permit OP2025-06570 and Business License BL031151-02-2023 Guest Access: Each of our vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. Getting Around: You can walk anywhere and everywhere in Charleston, but just in case, here is a list of the top transportation services: The DASH trolley is free in Charleston. There are 3 routes, and two of the routes have stops just blocks from this property. More information can be found with the route map on the DASH website. I was worried it would be smaller than the pictures made it look, but it was very spacious and we had plenty of room. The house and neighborhood are just beautiful, check in was simple, and the host was great at communicating with us. The only thing I would change is we definitely needed more toilet paper than why was provided, and wish there was a mirror in every bedroom.
