This was our first experience renting a Vrbo. The exterior of the home was a little bit more worn than the picture showed but we didn’t care. The inside was very nice though and was perfect for our stay. The host was very responsive and quick to help us out when we changed our minds and wanted early check-in after a long flight (we appreciated it!). The Apartment accommodated all of our needs and exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect to all our areas of interest throughout Charleston longest drive was to Folly Beach, which was 25 minutes. The apartment itself was very cozy and well furnished. Both beds were very comfortable. We spent most of our evenings, relaxing, and watching a movie. I love the fact that it had a porch area. I would highly recommend! ##### kimberle e. It was very centrally located and was the center of our great week. We were able to plan many day trips all over the city. There are multiple coffee shops, a bagel shop and restaurants within walking distance. We were able to absorb all the local history starting with just walking around the neighborhood. Location although a bit of a walk to King Street we didn’t mind. The house outside could use some TLC but inside although not fancy it worked. Washer/dryer helpful. Kitchen although we really didn’t use was handy. The front door lock was sometimes tricky to open, again a little TLC would help. Another club chair in family room area would be helpful. Would be comfortable renting again but looking for fancy place this might not be for you. ##### Sue T.
