Walkable to MUSC, the College of Charleston, King Street’s most popular retail and restaurants, and more. The Space: The apartment recently underwent a full renovation and spans 1,000 square feet. Each of the three bedrooms features premium bedding and its own full bathroom with a shower. Thoughtful care has been put into crafting a clean and efficient space that offers all the amenities of a boutique hotel, including high-end towels and linens, bath products, hair dryers, an iron, Wi-Fi, and cable with streaming services. The place is well appointed, comfortable and we loved the decor! The location is perfect! Restaurants super close by including Ladels for lunch and Southside for dinner- the aroma coming from Southside was amazing! Make sure to grab a bagel at Holey City and a cupcake from Sugar- just across the street. George was great at communication and check-in! We will be back! ❤️ ##### Traci G. Very clean. But very dissapointed that parking was not outfront of our cottage. My son had to go across the street behind a delapited home and park. I am handicapped and could not have done it without my son. There was no hotwater in bathroom basins. Also experienced an annoying beeping sound that was not corrected all day and finally had to call Management to fix the problem as i didnt want it going on all night. ##### janet l. The close access to King Street made it easy to walk and we did a lot of walking! We didn't have a car, but having a parking spot in front of the property is amazing and valuable in a city with so much tight on street parking. The home has been lovingly restored. One suggestion is to have some place to put toiletries. A pedestal sink is lovely, but when women are trying to get ready for a wedding it made it challenging to have to put your makeup on the floor. There were 5 of us in the house and the walls are thick, noise did not carry. One other thought is more comfortable seating and space for six to sit since there are three bedrooms. Keep in mind, this does not prevent us from giving the place five stars, just suggestions from some well worn travelers! Thanks for letting us check in early. ##### Paige F.
