This beautifully appointed suite is located on the second floor of a historic building on iconic King Street, right above Sewing Down South, as seen on Southern Charm. Step inside to an inviting entrance hall that leads into a bright, open-concept kitchen and living area. The living space features plush seating, a queen-sized sleeper sofa, and a 60” Smart TV loaded with all your favorite streaming apps. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for anything from your morning coffee to a home-cooked dinner. The suite offers two serene bedrooms, one with a luxurious king-sized bed and the other with a cozy queen-sized bed. Both rooms include Smart TVs. The first bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combination. The second bedroom uses the full bathroom off the hallway, also with a single vanity and shower/tub combo. A washer and dryer are available in-unit for your convenience. Need parking? The suite was beautiful and well maintained. There were mini split units in both bedrooms as well as the living room which was really nice because we all like different temperatures. There was an entrance right on King Street and also one in the back for parking. It was very convenient and close to everything that we needed. We walked around downtown every night.
