You\`ll also enjoy: Deck with outdoor table & chairs Free Laundry Smart TVs in all rooms Fully stocked and equipped kitchen Extremely safe neighborhood Free Parking You are only: 10 mins to Avondale 15 mins to Downtown Charleston 30 mins to Folly Beach As you walk into the property you\`ll be delighted to see the fully remodeled and open floorplan layout of the home. You\`ll sleep soundly at night with blackout curtains and comfy memory foam mattresses stocked in both bedrooms. Sure, eating at the finest restaurants can be fun. But sometimes we all need a nice home-cooked meal, right? That\`s why our kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you\`ll need to cook you and your family a nice dinner. As you pull into the driveway you will see two buildings. The main house (where I live) and the guest house in the back. You will be able to park 2 cars in the driveway. You will be sharing the driveway with the neighbor next door as well as the tenets in the front house, so parking can sometimes get a little tight. The internet was spotty and unreliable but when we contacted the owner he was very pleasant and helpful. Everything you need to be comfortable, plenty of cozy blankets, shampoo, conditioner, hand and body soap, wine bottle openers, coffee, ice, water, just bring your clothes! If you are not good at parallel parking, this is not the place for you, parking and loading/unloading vehicles was not pleasant, we came with only one vehicle.
