Communication was great. Only negatives were both beds were soft and older. There were no box springs and the slightest movement was loud and shifted the entire mattress. They do warn you that the A/C units turn on sporadically to regulate the humidity. Be warned that they are not quiet when they turn on and they will come on multiple times in the middle of the night.
