It was literally steps from King St and there was an amazing coffee shop in front of our building. This condo is in a great location walking distance to pretty much everything in downtown Charleston. The building is great, has a really lovely rooftop patio! Was exactly what we needed for two people on spring break to tour the city. The parking garage is a short walk away, which I didn't realize when booking but they provided pre-paid vouchers which made coming and going easy once we found the garage. If I had to do it again, I'd drop off our luggage before parking as it was a bit tricky to drag all of our luggage to the building on the city streets. The parking garage is tricky to find, it's in the Hyatt parking lot so watch for those signs! The condo building entrance is hidden as well, it's behind the fire station and Baba's (we LOVED that place for coffee every morning and they hae a great happy hour) so you basically have to go into the alley behind Babas to find the entrance to the building. But eventually we found it and it was easy to come and go. Would stay at this building again! Felt very safe walking around town all week. Unit was clean, had just enough of what we needed for four days. Loved the balcony in the morning, although it overlooks a parking lot it, was still nice to sit in the morning and have coffee.
