Girls trip to Charleston

Condo was in the perfect location to walk to King street for eating and shopping. Small grocery store across the street for everyday items needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful property

A great place. Had a slight issue with the check-in, but they were very attentive in coming to fix the code in a short manner. Would absolutely stay there again.

Quiet Get away

The property did not disappoint, we were able to fix breakfast every day before going out to explore Charleston. The beds were very comfortable, and very clean.The management company was great to work with.

Perfect Charleston Weekend

The condo was perfect for us (2 couples). The place was immaculate and had everything we needed. The location was great. Short walk to King Street and so much else. The neighborhood is fun and quaint too.

Sunshine and elegance

We had a great stay in this lovely 3rd floor apartment. Being above most of the surrounding buildings means lots of sunshine coming in through the tall windows in every room. The kitchen/living room area faces south and receives abundant natural light all day. The apartment looks to have been recently remodeled, and it was sparkling clean. One note, there is no elevator, so this property is not for people who can’t do stairs…but if you can, it is worth the climb.

Great vacation

The condo was spotless and very upgraded . Location was perfect near downtown and near several coffee shops. Ac kept it ice cold while it was 100 outside . We would definitely stay again

Holiday in the neighborhood

This space was just right for what our family needed this holiday week. It was so lovely, bright, and clean with plenty of space for us to sleep, shower, and stay. The buildings are really nicely placed and situated in the neighborhood. It was such a cute place to feel like a local for a few days.

Great place, great management!

Stayed here with my wife and two college age girls. The two bed, two bath set up was ideal, and the excellent kitchen set up was also very handy. Appreciated the frequent and helpful communication from the managers, including the text group chat during our stay. Would recommend!

Fantastic Condo - Great Location

This property did not disappoint! We stayed in the Magnolia Suite, which was exceptionally clean, modern and well appointed. Perfect location, easy walk to the majority of Downtown locations (inexpensive Uber to all others). Owners were easily available by text. Safe neighborhood, with great restaurants, coffee and bar options nearby. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends. Really great property!

Girls Trip

This was a great apartment for 4 adult friends. We didn't spend much time inside, but enjoyed coming home to a clean, cool, and comfortable apartment. It had everything we needed, and was in a great location. Very walkable, but we also chose to take a lot of ubers due to heat and rain. Overall, it was great and we would stay here again!

Great location, beautiful condo and nice people to deal with.

We loved staying here. It was as pictured, and very clean, which is important to us. We were four friends traveling together for a 50th birthday and we have been friends for 15 years. We had been looking forward to this trip for six months and the day we were supposed to fly, our flight got cancelled. Charleston vacays worked with us to get another night added for additional fees, but were sympathetic to the cause. They kept checking on us to make sure we were good. It was simply wonderful!

Fabulous Weekend!

We had four old friends meet for a girl's weekend. Loved it here. It was clean, spacious and bright. Cool vibe in the area with coffee shops and restaurants lining the streets. It is also within walking distance to King Street bars and restaurants. (Roughly 1 mile) The management was extremely responsive. Highly recommend!

Beautiful new apartment!

This place was lovely. Perfect for our stay. Loved it so much. Only issue was that they listing says there is parking provided and there isn't definitely a space. You have to get a parking pass and we arrived to late to have one so we had to park on the street and feared we would get a ticket. I was just arrange this ahead of time. Other than that I would for sure stay here again. Just lovely!

Not what we expected. Too expensive for what we got.

Way too expensive, no elevator and had to pay $50/day to park in a parking spot that was way too tight (got a ding on our vehicle from another car b/c they are so close together). Also, even thought we paid the extra money for a parking spot, we still had to haul heavy luggage around the building and up stairs. Didn't know there's no elevator.

Management Company isn’t great

I have given the management company a chance to respond before writing this review. They have chosen not to do so. The information given to us to check in on the day of arrival was to be a map of the property with our unit identified and our private entrance. We didn’t receive the attachments and struggled to find our way around. I was unsure until the door opened if we had the right unit.The sun coming in the windows was beautiful, but the place was not clean. The coach was stained so badly we didn’t sit on it the entire time. There was dust, the showers weren’t clean and there are marks all over the walls including a footprint on my bedroom wall. There were no Kleenex in the unit, the light was out above the door and don’t bother recycling as all of the garbage and recycling are thrown in the garbage at the end of our stay. They have plenty of glasses, cups, etc. and that is about the extent of what I can say about this unit.

Lovely and quaint

What a wonderful time we had in Charleston! Our condo was clean and just adorable. The beds were super comfy, and the location was perfect for us. We had a quick walk to King Street where all of the action was! Parking is a little tough, but we found a spot and left our car for the weekend. Ubers are abundant!

Simply loved everything about this property and what a great quaint location! The neighborhood was really fun with several restaurants with in walking distance & super easy walk to upper King Street. The unit was super clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication with the property owner was A+! Would definitely stay here again!!

Beautifully appointed condo in downtown SC

The property did not disappoint. Condo is beautiful and comfortable. Prior to arriving, staff was quite responsive and helpful; however, there were significant delays getting responses to emails or texts once we arrived. Since our stay happened to coincide with Ian, we were patient; however, I’m not convinced we would have heard back at all if the young man had not seen our windows opened and came up to ask us to close them - he was fantastic by the way. Could not get the remotes to work on the TVs for the first 3 days. The oven smoked enough to set off smoke alarm. Also, seems unreasonable to both pay a significant cleaning service fee and still have to take out trash and strip linens. I feel like this fee should definitely be refunded. I do not want to end on a sour note though, because the space really is awesome.
