This does NOT apply to families. This unit is fully licensed and legal with the City of Charleston under STR Operational Permit OP2025-05895 and Business License BL037391-05-2024. It is only a couple of blocks away from all of the restaurants and shopping on King Street. The condo was very clean, and the communication with the property manager was great. The neighborhood was very loud during our stay, since we visited over Halloween weekend. I would recommend installing weather stripping at the bottom of the exterior doors to help with outside noise and insects. Otherwise the condo was perfect for our group of 4 adults. ##### Jana H.
