Host is very responsive. Note, the kitchen freezer was not cold enough to freeze anything. Host claims to have sent a technician to evaluate and that person subsequently reported back that the freezer was ‘fine’. Baba’s is right underneath so you can always grab a quick coffee or sit at the tables in front of the room. It does get busy out there but was never a problem.
