That’s the good.There were a bunch of roaches. 2 dead ones, 4 or 5 alive ones. One of the beds had some kind of makeshift box spring that was essentially just two beams crossing in the middle. You can imagine how comfortable that was to sleep on. The house was maybe just a downside of being so close to the action. One of the bedrooms with an actual, functioning bed faces the street and is literally inches from a busy sidewalk. Lots of drunk traffic walking to and from the bars. ##### Michael N. The place we stayed was not so good. The beds were great but bathrooms were awful. There is a reason they don’t show photos of the showers/baths online. King St was a block away and there was a fabulous bagel shop diagonal from the property. There were three good size bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bathrooms were a little run down and could use a face-lift. We were 6 adults and we were all comfortable sitting in the living room. The only problem was that the property sits on a busy street and it was very loud at night. People were talking, yelling, and laughing and you could hear everything. We were also on the first floor and when the upstairs guests arrived it was extremely loud and difficult to sleep. Lucky had fairly quiet people staying there. The kitchen is very limited. We had already planned to eat out a lot so was not really an issue for us. Noise machines very handy with Cannon St traffic. Very clean when we arrived. Having 1 on site parking space was nice. ##### Karin M.
