The house is located right off upper King St. just steps away from all of the bars and restaurants Charleston has to offer.  
  
You will be able to walk to most places on the peninsula. Uber, Taxis, and Pedicabs are available as well. 20 minutes drive to Folly Beach, 5 minutes to Mt. Pleasant, 15 minutes to Sullivan's island, 20 minutes to the airport, and 25 minutes to Isle of Palms!

In the event of a mandatory evacuation order issued by the Mayor of Charleston County, guests must contact us within 24 hours to receive a full refund. This policy applies only to official mandatory evacuation orders.

\- No Parties: Hosting parties or large gatherings is strictly prohibited.  
\- No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property or in areas where smoke may linger, such as porches or balconies.  
\- Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to walls or property caused by hanging decorations or other actions.  
\- Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.  
\- Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.  
  
Location Disclosure:  
Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.
