Once a beloved bed and breakfast, this newly renovated 6-bedroom, 6.5-bath designer home now offers an inviting retreat in the laid-back Radcliffborough neighborhood, close to fantastic restaurants and iconic historic sights. Spanning three spacious floors, The Bee and Blossom is thoughtfully designed for groups of up to 12 guests. Tucked just off Ashley Avenue, the location is both convenient and easy for parking—making exploring the city a breeze. Step inside through your private entrance and feel instantly at home. The open floor plan creates a warm, welcoming space to gather, whether you’re sharing meals, relaxing after a day out, or enjoying time together. The first floor features generously sized bedrooms, each with its own private bath, along with a comfortable living room offering ample seating, a large flat-screen TV, and a flexible dining table seating 6–8 guests. Just beyond, the fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar for four and everything you need to cook and enjoy meals together. Additional bedrooms are located on the second level, each with its own full bathroom—perfect for privacy and comfort. Outside, unwind on the charming two-level porch or sip a drink in the peaceful courtyard while soaking in Charleston’s beautiful weather. For your peace of mind, an in-house innkeeper resides in a completely separate, private apartment on the third floor and will not access guest areas. They are available only for maintenance or emergencies, ensuring your stay remains relaxed and uninterrupted. Please note: the driveway serves as a public easement walkway. Lots of places in the house for us to meet as a group of 16 or for smaller conversations. The kitchen worked for breakfast, lunch and for a delivered meal from a local caterer. Plenty of dishes, cups, glasses cutlery for all of us. We would definitely select this house again. Decor was charming, but several of the curtains are in need of repair. We had an issue with the downstairs TV, which was replaced within 2 days. Being an older home, we found most of the bedrooms were quiet. Kitchen is small but workable and we loved the outdoor porches. This house was absolutely perfect! Check in was easy and our concierge was very available and helpful. We had groceries delivered before we arrived and everything was organized and ready to use. Living space is actually more spacious than it appears in pictures. We were all able to hang there comfortably. Porches were amazing for relaxing and location was perfect. The house is beautiful and well kept. There is plenty of seating for a large group, both on the beautiful porches and inside the house. The house was an easy walk to most of the historic locations that we wanted to see. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and there was plenty of off street parking for our group. Our first visit to Charleston as a family. This former bed and breakfast was full of Southern charm and character. The kitchen and bathrooms were nicely updated, and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The third floor sitting area made for a cozy movie night, while the more formal parlor on the main floor was a luxurious and comfortable lounging area. Close to the heart of Charleston; there were several lovely neighborhood restaurants within easy walking distance. We recommend Goulette, Laurel and Halo. The Medical University of South Carolina is across the street. There was some construction going on at the time of our stay, which was a little unsightly but not noisy. The laundry facilities on site were not as fancy as the rest of the property, but we found a local wash-and-fold that did a wonderful job and saved us time doing chores so we could spend more time enjoying the town. If you’re going to Charleston with a larger family or group of friends, this property is perfect! ##### Jonathan O. The house is beautiful and we had plenty of room. Easy walk into the Battery and a great coffee shop 2 blocks away.
