Feb 12, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Perfect stay with a newborn and grandparents My husband and I, along with our newborn, met my elderly parents for 4 days in Charleston and this property made the trip absolutely perfect. It is so comfortable for down time from exploring the city, but also a great location with so many fantastic restaurants within walking distance (critical for a group that needed both a stroller and a cane!) We did not have hot water in any fixture in the house for the first 24 hours. Lots of back and forth w/texts with host before fixing. the front bathroom has the hot and cold spigots reversed in the shower. It is not marked as such and should be corrected. Location is good. One thing to consider is that there is only parking on site for one vehicle, but there is a public parking garage fairly close by, near the corner of Spring and King St. It wasn't an issue, but something to keep in mind if your party has multiple vehicles. ##### Justin S. I had just about everything I needed to cook the sides for my Thanksgiving dinner. The mattresses and pillows were great and very comfortable. We were able to walk to King St. and all the restaurants and shops. It was also great to have easy access onsite parking. The only issues we had were the water did not get very hot in the master bed room and there are no TV's in the bedrooms. ##### Carla W. The house is beautiful, very modern, clean and well maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need to cook and serve. We were able to walk to quite a few nice and quaint restaurants in the area. The parking is off the street but it is a shared area and can be a bit congested if the adjoining upstairs and back rental are all occupied. We did have a problem with the really soiled linen on all of beds and since it was late when we arrived, we just purchased some linen. The management company happily reimbursed us for all of it. They were a pleasure to interact with and called upon our arrival and departure to ensure that we were completely satisfied. I would definitely stay here again. ##### Michelle S.
