The house is cozy, but was perfect for my family of 4 (two college-age kids). House is nice with a great breakfast spot a couple of blocks away. Location is in a part of the city that is being renovated and going through a lot of change. We walked downtown during the day or took an Uber or drove our rental. Kitchen was well stocked bed rooms well appointed. Communication with the host was very good.
