We were on the 3rd floor which made taking luggage etc up to the condo a little difficult. For someone of age as I am(77). It could present an issue. The street noise (partying, drunken loud groups lingering and shouting, car alarms going off) went into the wee hours of morning. Sunday night was quiet as was Monday. Plus, one of the beds is so soft and sagging that two can’t sleep in it. Kitchen is great, Large windows are wonderful. We had an excellent trip, just not much sleep. Please note: this unit faced Spring Street. Other units would be fine and in this one the back bedroom didn’t get much noise.
