### Wooded house near Carrboro with a pool

Peaceful house in the woods just outside of Carrboro/Chapel Hill. Just a short 5 minute drive to downtown Carrboro or 8 minutes drive to downtown Chapel Hill. Relax in the hammock or enjoy the pool on a hot day. It is just far enough outside of town to feel like a cabin in the woods but is only a short 12 minute drive to University of North Carolina campus.  
  
This house has a fully stocked kitchen, bbq area, and outside deck to enjoy the serenity of the area.  
The space  
The house has 4 bedrooms each with beds. It has additional places for guests to sleep including two air mattresses (one queen and one king) and a couch. It has a play area for kids and has a pack n play, toddler, and children's bed if needed.  
Guest access  
You will be allowed access to all parts of the house except the one small downstairs room and the garage due to them being used for storage.

Great house! We chose this property to be close to both chapel hill and lavender oaks farm. Our son got married last weekend and this house was incredibly convenient for everything we needed to do. Sarah was wonderful to work with!
