Beds are comfortable, nicely decorated, very well equipped kitchen, used Jacuzzi. We did not have children but one of the bedrooms is very nice for children.

#### Very nice ... will definitely rent again!

We rented this home for family visiting from out of state. Nice place and the pool was especially great for the kids to enjoy. The location was also nice providing more privacy than one would expect close to Carrboro and UNC. There were a couple of minor maintenance concerns that we pointed out to the rep who arrived as we were leaving. Our only suggestion is that it would be nice to have more chairs so that everyone could sit around the dining table to eat. However, all in all, very nice home that was clean and well equipped.

#### Fabulous Find in a Quiet Neighborhood

Our family of four absolutely loved our stay. Very clean, newly renovated, wonderful amenities, and lots of natural light. Well thought-out upgrades to this charming old house throughout. The pool was immaculate, WiFi was fast, and lots of thoughtful extras from games & toys to pool towels and extra blankets to an outdoor shower. Plenty of room to spread out and the house had lots of character. We will absolutely book again when we’re in the area. Thanks for a lovely respite!

The property was great. Somewhat secluded. The pool was a huge plus with the heat. The only issue was that there was no toilet paper provided. We reached out to the owner but were told we had to supply it ourselves. Also, the wifi didnt work. The owner was super responsive to try and get it fixed but we couldnt. Overall great property, few minor issues that could easily be fixed. Thanks!
