Garagem "DISPONÍVEL"

O quarto em si não é ruim, mas é pequeno. O hotel é bem localizado e aparentemente seguro. Mas prestem atenção na hospedagem, pois diz que a garagem está "disponível", não diz que é inclusa. Cheguei lá e tive que deixar o carro na rua, e pagar uma taxa de R$50,00 por dia PARA DEIXAR O CARRO NA RUA. Poderiam ter feito um andar a menos de quartos e priorizar um estacionamento condizente com o restante do hotel.

A vantagem do hotel é estar proximo ao centro eventos. Se sua viagem nao estiver relacionada a eventos, sugiro outro hotel, com preços semelhantes, como melhor estrutura. Os quartos são pequenos, mas funcional, não possui academia ou outro espaço. Não oferece café da manhã no valor da estadia, em relação a outros da região.

Gostei do hotel no geral, educação e cordialidade dos funcionários e limpeza e conforto dos quartos. Porém, acredito que cobrar o café da manhã à parte não seja adequado, pois outros hotéis da cidade tem o mesmo padrão e o valor da diária já inclui o café (achei muito caro). O café é muito fraco, pouca variedade e quantidade, sempre faltando e a gente tendo que esperar. Uma funcionária só não dá conta de atender a tudo e todos. O estacionamento é ruim, deixar o carro à descoberto, com chuva, sem acesso coberto ao hotel é péssimo.

Estadia regular, com alguns problemas

Pontos positivos: ótima localização, funcionários no geral muito atenciosos e simpáticos; prédio bonito, com estrutura praticamente nova. Pontos negativos: travesseiros tinham cheiro de suor, parecia que fronhas não haviam sido lavadas; estacionamento pago, com valor muito alto para o que é oferecido: vagas muito pequenas e excesso de brita no chão, o que dificulta ainda mais as manobras; frigobar não gelava, bebidas ficaram todas mornas; água do chuveiro não aqueceu no último dia da estadia, tive que tomar banho com água fria, de manhã.

Estrutura muito boa, porem, estacionamento com pagamento extra de R$ 35,00 e cafe da manha com pagamento extra de R$ 55,00, fica inviável. Existem opções melhores em Chapecó. Pessoal da recepção parece não ter treinamento nenhum em hotelaria, você chega e fica aguardando e eles nem te olham na cara, se estão no celular, lá continuam. Até você interromper e solicitar que quer ser atendido. "Poderia me dar o cartão do meu apartamento" "Poderia abrir o portão do estacionamento" (Depois de ficar aguardando e apertando o interfone do estacionamento 3 vezes)
