« The hotel stay is excellent, I like to stay in this hotel, it is near to the bus transfer service to air port and its room facilities are well maintained. BUT, the expedia room reservation is TERRIBLE. When I arrived at the hotel, the staff told me the room is not reserved, they do not have transaction with expedia.
