No towels in the room. No reading lights. I have been using F1 hotels for a long time and this quite a new experience. Why not a tent and a bedroll. I have the feeling that it's actually what I paid for.

J' ai réservé une chambre pour deux avec petit déjeuner que j' ai payé mais l hôtel ne faisait pas de petit déjeuné....gros problème du coup .j' ai réservé a cet endroit car les petits déjeuners étaient en plus qu j' ai réglé ..bonne journée

J ai loué comme plusieurs fois une chambre d hotel F1 en France et dans celui-ci j ai dû acheter une serviette non fournie.. or le descriptif sur Hotels.com faisait mention de serviette..la reponse qui m a été donné etait : votre chambre n a pas de salle de bain donc nous ne fournissons pas de serviette. Pourtant elle etait equipee d un lavabo. Premiere fois que je vis cette experience dans un F1. Je deconseille ce F1

Accueil ,il faut savoir qu il faut s adresser a l hotel Ibis en face Serviette de douche normalement fourni ecris sur le site et arrivé là il faut les acheter a un distributeur a monnaie et si vous n avez pas de monnaie on ne peux pas se laver .Ce serait mieux de dire pas de seviettes fournies. Déçus

Après un accueil long, pas accueillant(après quelques minutes de recherche on nous demandait de repayer...), nous avons été désagréablement surpris de la saleté de l'établissement . Pourtours des poignées noirs de crasse, coulures noires sur les portes des sanitaires (dommage j'aurais du amener mon tel dans les toilettes pour faire des photos) ... Odeur de cigarettes dans notre chambre non fumeur.Poignée de fenêtre cassée, de même que le rideau. Nuit agitée grâce à nos voisins bruyants jusqu 'au petit matin. Nous sommes pourtant des habitués de l' hôtellerie économique qui est parfaite pour une halte. Ayant moi même dirigé un hôtel eco... Rien n'excuse la saleté ni le sourire d'accueil.
