« We had a great stay in our suite at Cmor. The hotel is perfectly located to enjoy the center of Chiang Mai and close to the highways to reach other locations further from the city. The suite has great equipments, a huge bathroom, a king bed. The sofa could be refurbished but is still cool to enjoy. Piscine sale et inexploitable, assez loin de la ville, le personnel ne parle que très peu l'anglais voire pas du tout. Mauvais rapport qualité-prix. Deuxièmement le petit déjeuner, de mauvaise qualité, le même choix tous les jours, les viennoiseries molles, les croissants rassis et immangeable, les fruits trop vert n’ont aucun goût. Et les produits ne sont de bonne qualité. Le hall est très beau mais sombre, les grands lustres baroques toujours éteints. La piscine est gelée, il n’y a d’ailleurs jamais personne. L’hôtel paraît désert . L’emplacement à environ 900 mètres à pied environ une vingtaine de minutes. Un bon 4 étoiles mais pas un 5."
