After 2 external steps, you enter the house and discover the kitchen equipped with a combination freezer, dishwasher, gas burners, microwave. You have a lounge area, 1 double sofa bed and Wi-Fi internet connection and a dining area. 2 bedrooms: 2 single beds and 1 double bed. Shower room with shower cubicle. Separate toilet. Gas central heating. Garage. Unfenced land of 500 m2. Garden furniture. Sun loungers. Gas grill/plancha. Heating, electricity and linens included. Towels €8/person/change. Sheets €10/bed/change. End of stay cleaning €50. Baby equipment: 1 baby bed, 1 high chair, 1 changing mat. Beautifully restored Gîtes de France house in a green haven just a stone's throw from Périgueux, a listed 'Town of Art and History' (St. Front Cathedral, Vésone Tower, Gallo-Roman trail, Medieval-Renaissance trail, Mataguerre Tower, museums, etc.). 16 km from Brantôme (abbey and village). Also worth seeing: Bourdeilles and Puyguilhem castles, Villars caves, St. Jean de Côle village (Floralies on the weekend of May 8th), Truffle Ecomuseum and truffle trails in Sorges.
