This beautiful and cosy ground floor flat has a beautiful living room with a pellet stove, a fully equipped kitchen and a 6.15m2 terrace facing East, fitted and not overlooked. New 4\* residence - opening 17 December 2022 - composed of 14 south, south-east or south-west facing appartments with sunny balconies, pellet stoves (pellets not supplied), wifi and covered parking spaces. A human-sized, well-kept residence, close to the traditional Planay neighbourhood in Champagny en Vanoise. 650m from the start of the gondola lift, 100m from the mini-market and 500m from the rest of the shops and the heart of the village. Free communal shuttle buses are located in front of the residence, with a route from “Les Rochers” to “Le Bois” in Champagny-le-Haut ( frequency every 30 minutes in high season). NEW: Opening in December 2023 of an aquatic area with indoor swimming pool and sauna. Aquatic aera opend during winter and summer season.
