The Aiguille du Midi train station is just 12 minutes’ walk away, whilst the buzzing resort centre of Chamonix is 5 minutes’ drive/ 17 minutes’ walk away. The breath-taking scenery and fantastic range of outdoor leisure pursuits make the Chamonix valley an inviting year-round destination. The home and grounds were well kept, comfortable and private. Hiking trails were adjacent. Bedrooms were small but comfortable and all upstairs. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr geräumig, war sehr sauber, die Betten waren sehr gut. Das einzige was wir bemängeln war die enge steile Treppe ins Obergeschoss. Zu Fuss ist man in ein paar Minuten bei der Bahnstation Les Mousses und dann nach 2\. Stationen im Zentrum. Mit der Gästekarte kann man den Zug von Valorcine bis Servoz gratis benutzen. ##### Myriam M. The property is located in a great location, close to town and close to Brevént (you can walk to both). Sauna was great addition. Stairs to first floor steep and narrow so beware if you have small children. Under cover parking next to chalet. We had a great few days.
