This picture-perfect, wooden cottage sleeps 5 and is an ideal base for holiday adventures all year round. Set over 2 floors this unique property is beautifully decorated in a contemporary alpine style. The bright and spacious living area has large glass doors that lead out onto a terrace with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy uninterrupted mountain views. The room has a sofa and wooden dining table with seating for 5 people. The separate kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and coffee making machine. Sleeping Bedroom 1: Tucked under the wooden eaves this cosy mezzanine bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. Bedroom 2: On the ground floor, this bright bedroom has a double bed. Bathroom A separate bathroom on the ground floor, with wooden panelling and white tiles, has a bath with shower head, basin and W.C. For larger groups, this Chalet can be rented out with its neighbour – ID3411 Additional Flatscreen TV • Free wifi • Shared garden • Electric radiator • Washing machine • Smoke detector • Child-friendly • Free public parking (according to availability) – a car is recommended for your stay Location Located in a quiet neighbourhood, just a 10-minute drive from the centre of Chamonix, this chalet is a perfect holiday destination all year round. Chamonix is well-known for the wide variety of both winter and summer activities. It is a centre for skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, sledging and ice skating. In the summer there are numerous options including hiking and biking trails through stunning mountain scenery, rock climbing at Lac du Gaillands (5-minute drive), and horse riding at the Chamonix Equestrian Centre (11 minutes drive) mountaineering and paragliding. For even more excitement head to the Accro Adventure Park (5-minute drive) where you can climb and zip-line through high trees. If you are looking for something more relaxing then the QC Terme Spa (11-minute drive) might be a better option. Geneva airport is a 1 hour 10-minute drive from the apartment, whilst Les Bosson\\'s railway station is just a 16-minute walk away. From there the Mont Blanc Express offers free rail services throughout the Chamonix valley. The ladder upstairs was a ladder and not a stairway, but we managed. People just need to know that, if they're older. The area was so beautiful with flowering plants and other cute chalets.
