Baby equipment: wooden high chair, bathtub, potty, changing mat, and stair gate (travel cot available upon request).

With an exceptional view, nestled in a green setting, between stud farms and forests, yet easily accessible (6 km from the A28 and A88 motorways), this gîte is located on a hill overlooking the valley and surrounding villages.  
Adorable detached 18th-century house that has retained its old-world charm (exposed beams, authentic paving stones, etc.).  
A warm and vintage atmosphere (family or second-hand furniture).  
Peacefully located in the heart of an orchard where the apple trees bloom in spring, this cottage is perfect for nature lovers (hiking trails/information on site). You'll surely be lucky enough to spot a deer, a squirrel, or a great spotted woodpecker... The Haras National du Pin, a must-see attraction, is nearby, 6 km away.

The price does not include: Wood: €26/rack. Heating included at a rate of 1 m3 per day in mid-season and 2 m3 in low season, which corresponds to a temperature of approximately 20°C.

The house is beautiful with large spaces and big garden. The host was kind and we found cider and homemade jam as gift. Some general repairs could be useful. Price in very good. Perfect location to visit Normandy and all facilities close to the house. Absolutely recommended. Thanks to Isabelle
