Hôtel d'une catégorie inférieur dans un quartier très très calme. Nous n'avions même pas reçu de message pour nous prévenir, nous n'avons pas eu le choix d"annuler et de choisir un autre hôtel de notre choix. J'avais réservé le Riu Victoria pour sa proximité près du metro et de ses nombreux commerces- j'avais planifié notre séjour en fonction. Nous avons perdu un temps dingue dans l'hôtel Westminster vu la non proximité d'une station de métro. Je voudrais un dédommagement pour ce séjour - ces changements unilatéraux ont vraiment eu un impact sur le bon déroulement de notre séjour - on ne traite pas des clients de la sorte!
