We loved staying at Pura Chacala. The owner and property managers are very friendly and made our stay very easy and enjoyable. Would recommend this place and can’t wait to return.

This is a great spot to stay. The room was very comfortable with a good cross breeze and wonderful view. The rooftop patio is spacious and well planned. The walk to town and the beach was easy.

Hola Rocío! Lamentamos mucho que su estancia no haya sido como esperaba. Le pregunté a todo mi personal y no nos plantearon ninguna inquietud durante su estadía; de hecho, parecía muy contento con todo durante su visita de 2 noches a Chacala. Las revisiones que no incluyen una descripción de los problemas que experimentó son difíciles porque no podemos aprender de los errores ni resolver problemas de los que no somos conscientes. Very helpful host!
Our host was really friendly and helpful! He kindly picked us up with our bags and dropped us off at the bus when we left. The apartments are a great deal, basic but cute and comfortable. The hotel is small and has a nice intimate atmosphere. We didn’t have time to go up to the rooftop veranda but there is one and I bet it has a great view.

We are so glad you enjoyed staying with us! Jerry and Cris are our onsite managers, and they are indeed very helpful! You'll definitely want to vist the roof terrace the next time, we've got a lovely ocean view and loads of space for you to relax!
