Voyage en famille, nous avions cru réserver un chalet mais on nous avertit que nous seront dans l'immeuble. Nous décidons donc de payer un supplément pour cela (1000 bahts/jour), finalement nous seront surclassés dans un chalet au bord de la mer à 5000 bahts/jour en +. Donc super surprise

1) En partie constitué de chalets, entourés d'arbre et de verdure, au bord de la plage : on ne peut rêver mieux. 2) Immense (mais peu profonde) piscine entourée de nombreux transats : là aussi, une bonne note. 3) Petit-déjeuner buffet (restaurant extérieur donnant sur la mer) : bon choix et service 4) Qualité de la nourriture -et du service- le midi et le soir : très variable; un soir, j'ai dû attendre plus d'une heure l'arrivée de la commande, alors que le restaurant n'était que moyennement plein...Prix très corrects pour un hôtel balnéaire 5) Le seul vrai point noir réside dans le fait qu'il n'y a quasiment pas de commerce à proximité de l'hôtel. Cha-am et Hua-Hin (marché de nuit) sont à 15 km chacun. L'hôtel propose toute la journée un service gratuit de navette avec véhicule électrique jusqu'à la route principale, assez éloignée, d'où il est possible de prendre un bus (mais pas le soir) pour l'une de ces 2 destinations. Service (payant : 100 B / personne) de navette pour Hua-Hin 3-4 fois par jour, dont une le soir.

It's an interesting property to stay in. Probably built in the '70's, it's starting to decay and fall apart. But it is right on the beach, has a relaxed vibe and the rooms are fine. It reminds me of the way Thailand was is the 70's and 80's. A number of highrise hotels have been built around, but this resorts clings on to the way it was!

Inga restauranger alls i närheten o hotellet erbjuder ingen mat. Man får ta taxi överallt. Personalen i receptionen löste inte problemen med städning på rummet som var sådär…Fina pooler o precis på stranden. Ständningen inte nåt att hurra för o rummen mer slitna än bilderna visar. Inga köksredskap alls i köket, bara fyra muggar o glas o fyra små skedar. Positivt då vi var nästan helt själva trots högsäsong så solstolar fanns jämt o poolen jättefin!

Beautiful spot but a little tired and a few things missing from making it much better. A bar service at the pool, an on location restaurant that does more than breakfast. The pool has significant amounts of green algae on the walls that brushes off very easily indicating pool cleaning isn’t being done well enough. Not a horrible stay by any means but would be a struggle to get me to go back.

Value stay but car parking space can be improved
Nice stay considering price I paid. But car parking space needs to be improved. It seems like there are too many cars these days. The 2nd car park are quite far from the room and the area is not fully paved (dirt road), so when it rains, it will be a bit dirty.

We were the last guests to leave in April 2020 so we were looking forward to returning to what is our favourite hotel. We only stayed 2w 4d as we were concerned about how much of the village would be open, in fact there were enough restaurants and bars to keep us happy even if we had stayed our normal 4 weeks. The hotel is still offering a reduced service, when we arrived the reception was unmanned and we went to the Regent Hotel for breakfast however by the time we left there was normally someone in reception and a restaurant had started serving breakfast. I expect that the hotel will have returned to normal by the next high season. Our Chalet was immaculate and work was being carried out on some of the others to rectify 3 years of neglect (the work didn't intrude). No big bad issues, just some areas are a bit sad however I have no doubt that it will be back to normal by November which is when we plan to return for a longer stay. Summary - Coming back to life and even in its current state very nice and OK to stay at.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut( reichhaltige Auswahl) Die Bungalows sind etwas in die Tage gekommen aber alles sauber! Es war sehr wenig los im Hotel,die Bar war geschlossen, Man könnte aber jederzeit etwas zu trinken bekommen. Alles in allem war es dort sehr langweilig . Auch ausserhalb der Anlage war nichts interessantes zu finden wenn man kein Golf spielt.

- Klimaanlage nicht regulierbar. - Ameisen im Zimmer. - Restaurant Chom Talay war geschlossen. - Frühstück nicht immer mit Buffet wie angeboten und verrechnet. - Für Strandgänger absolut ungeeigent - kein Strand, viel Schmutz und viele Quallen. - Aufpreis vorher für renoviertes Zimmer verlangt - Renovation war lediglich der Boden und die Wände - ansonsten alles wie üblich alt und renovationsbedürftig. Rechtfertigt absolut KEINE Preiserhöhung! Positiv war das stehts freundliche Personal und die schöne Gartenanlage und der gepflegte Swimming-Pool. Schade wir waren schon mehrmals dort - aber mit solchen Mängel und zu diesem Preis gibt es sehr viele Optionen die mehr bieten.

Very nice place to stay. We spend 11 nights in this resort and almost everything was good. This resort is worth to be renovated as the chalets are worn a bit. The beach is beautifull. Kids loved pool which was very clean. Brakefast was the best beggining of every day with variety of food. I loved the Thai sups and noodles. Little problem is wifi which works only close to lobby and pool but it will change soon as they start to install routers to every room. I can really advice this resort.

Spaceiuos room lage t.v walkin shower cleaned most mornings nice and peacefull place set in lovely surrounds not for hen and stag nights large swiming pool and a smaller one for kids plus a play area. an italyian resturant on the grounds.
