We came up with 2x grandparents, 2x parents, 3 year old and newborn and the property catered for all. The property was big enough to have own space, but cozy enough that our three year old was happy to be in a separate bedroom (although there was a day bed in our room just in case). All amenities were catered for, with lots of attention to detail. The property itself was clean, well looked after and well renovated. Water pressure was excellent, a little too good causing shower flooding but there were instructions and squeegees in the bathroom should that happen. It is situated in a very central location in Cessnock and to most wineries. No winery was more than 15 mins drive away. The decor and colours used throughout the property were very pleasing. There were three things which disappointed us: the amount of dust in the house which caused two of us to get allergies and didn’t sleep well as a result. The mattresses need to be changed as they aren’t firm. The impractical location of the floor waste in the shower: one had to carefully shower with very limited water coming out of the shower head, to avoid flooding the floor due to bad design of the water waste location. ##### valerie p.
