A stay to remember

Very nice small hotel, with friendly and helpful staff and a beautiful garden with a pool. Location is great, short walk to the beach and 5 min with taxi to Alaçati town centre. Beautiful ocean and beach view.

The room was welcoming and bright with two balconies. It was noisy though from the very busy street bellow. Staff was nice and helpful but language barrier was a bit an issue. The beach was very close, 2 min walk. The water was very clear but cold. Breakfast was awesome, home made bread and pita, cheese, vegetable dishes and preserves. Coffee had to be ordered. Cleaning and restocking of water and coffee in the room had to be requested which we were not told. Beach towels were provided on request too.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass alle Mitarbeiter sehr nett und zuvorkommend waren. Das Frühstück war zudem wirklich lecker, jedoch fehlte etwas Abwechslung. Leider gibt es zum Frühstück auch keinen Kaffee, nur Tee. Hier muss man sich alles extra bestellen, die Preise sind jedoch Wucher (türkischer Kaffee 200 TL). Leider hatten wir absolut Pech mit unserem Zimmer. Unter der Dachschräge gab es eine geflieste Nische, die schön aus den Fotos rausgeschnitten würde. Das sah nicht nur sehr komisch aus, es kamen auch regelmäßig eklige Abflussgerüche aus diesem Bereich. Zudem war direkt vor unserem Zimmer eine sehr laute Baustelle. Die Arbeiter schauten direkt in unser Zimmer, sodass wir nicht ungestört auf dem Balkon waren und auch nicht im Zimmer, bei offenem Vorhang. Zudem gab es Schimmel in der Dusche, Ameisen auf dem Zimmer, diverse Steckdosen hingen aus der Wand, der Toilettenpapierhalter fiel von der Wand und das wurde einfach ignoriert. Der Weg zum Zimmer war, sagen wir, abenteuerlich. Wir waren 9 Tage dort und wurden ganze 3(!!!) Mal gefragt, ob unser Zimmer gereinigt werden soll, obwohl sie mit täglicher Reinigung werben. Allgemein fanden wir die Kommunikation leider nicht gut. Als wir all das der Mitarbeiterin erzählt haben, hat sie sich entschuldigt, unsere Unzufriedenheit aber auch einfach hingenommen und uns nicht mal eine minimale Entschädigung angeboten. Da wäre ein Kaffee schon ein Anfang gewesen. Bei dem bezahlten Preis unglaublich.

Wunderschönes Hotel, viel grün und Blumen, sehr herzig. Toll gelegen 5 Min. vom Strand. Das Zimmer, eher Appartement war riesig mit schöner Terrasse direkt Richtung Meer. Nachteil für Ältere: kein Lift d.h. jedes Mal 2 Stockwerke hochklettern! Matratzen Top (Boxspring). Garten, Swimmingpool sehr schön, genügend Liegen und Sonnenschirme. Etwas speziell, dass ich jeden Tag der Réception sagen musste, dass Zimmer sei jetzt frei zum Putzen, sonst wurde nichts gemacht. Danach war es aber tiptop sauber. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Verständigung allerdings recht schwierig, da ausser dem Rezeptionist kaum jemand englisch sprach. Das Frühstück für Westeuropäer gewöhnungsbedürftig, da voll auf türkische Gäste gesetzt wurde. Während 1 Woche waren wir die einzigen Ausländer! Kein Kaffee, nur Tee, kein Orangensaft, kaum Aufschnitt oder Käse, kaum Brotauswahl, jeden Tag nur Wassermelone als Frucht, hingegen x-Salate, Oliven, Humus, Tomaten etc. etc. eben, was die Türken frühstücken, Spiegeleier erhielt ich schlussendlich, nachdem ein deutsch-türkischer Gast für mich übersetzt hatte! Den Cappuccino erhielt ich zum Frühstück, musste ihn aber zusätzlich bezahlen (€ 5.90!!) Es sind viele Kleinigkeiten, aber trotzdem haben wir eine wunderbare Woche erlebt und uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ben ve ailem iki gece bu otelde konakladık. Odamız gayet temizdi ve manzarası muhteşemdi. Otel sahile çok yakın bir konumda ayrıca otelin havuzu da çok temizdi. Kahvaltısı yeterli ve çeşitliydi biz çok beğendik. Çalışanların hepsi yardımsever ve güler yüzlüydü.Tatilimizden çok memnun kalarak otelden ayrıldık. Burada konaklamayı düşünen herkese tavsiye ediyorum.

Odaya giriş bahçeden di ve bahçe çok özensiz ve bakımsızdı. Bahçede oturmaya bir takımı yoktu. Ortak alanlarda sandalyelerde minder bile konulmamıştı.
