It is located on the fourth floor of an apartment building from which you can enjoy excellent views. Illuminated for most of the day and cool thanks to the presence of numerous maritime pines which are a real lung. It is located in a strategic position from which you can reach both the pine forest and the beach in a few steps, as well as all the comforts for your stay. You just have to try it! The accommodation was completely renovated and inaugurated on June 1, 2017\. It is located on the fourth floor of an apartment building located in the main street of Tagliata di Cervia and directly on the pine forest and on the sea. The apartment is served by a lift and shared parking. Once you enter the apartment, what characterizes it is the brightness and the choice of light colors that act as a red thread between the different rooms. The dove-colored kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, utensils, dishes and anything else that can be used. The bathroom in shades of sea blue has a large and comfortable shower. The bedroom with a light wooden bridge wardrobe has a comfortable double bed and an equally comfortable single wall bed. In the living room, where the three dominant colors come together, an extendable table can accommodate up to six guests and a comfortable double sofa bed with automatic opening welcomes two more guests. The apartment also has two terraces overlooking the greenery that characterizes the area, and through the lush vegetation you can see the sea. Furthermore, in one of the two terraces you will find a table and chairs where you can relax or have meals. In the apartment you will find sheets, blankets, towels and tablecloths as well as essentials for the bathroom and hairdryer. For any cleaning you will also find the vacuum cleaner and ironing board with iron. On the ground floor there is a private laundry room with washing machine and sink for laundry. Family friendly. Upon request, all the families are provided with a camping cot with a bed sheet, high chair, potty, toilet reducer, shower stool. INTERNO: la cucina è davvero strafornita di tutto, lavastoviglie, due caffettiere moka, macchina Nespresso con cialde, bollitore elettrico con tutti i tipi di the e tisane, grattuggia, strofinacci, spugne e liquido piatti, mancava solo il forno a microonde... abbiamo dovuto comprare solo gli alimenti e le pastiglie della lavastoviglie! C'e' anche un bel balcone, attrezzato di tavolo e sedie, con vista sulla via. In cantina al piano terra abbiamo utilizzato anche la lavatrice, fornita di tutto. L'ascensore e' a misura di passeggino, anche il nostro che non e' slim. Per le notti dove non circolava aria ci ha salvato un ventilatore. ESTERNO: la casa è su una via a senso unico che porta in spiaggia, quindi un po' di passaggio c'è sempre, ma dopo una certa ora cala il silenzio. La zona è residenziale, troppo residenziale! Rispetto a Pinarella qui alla sera non c'e' movimento (inizio luglio), 1 gelateria,1 piadeneria,1 bar e 1 sala giochi un po' malconcia... se vogliamo animare un po' la serata serve la macchina. Valutate questo aspetto, la sera desiderate tranquillità o vi piace uscire e vedere un po' di via vai? SPIAGGIA: 150 metri di strada aperta al traffico e altri 50 di strada pedonale e siete in spiaggia. Il bagno Sabrina3 e' il piu' vicino, se volete animazione tutto il giorno va bene, altrimenti lasciate perdere. Piu' che in spiaggia, col nostro bimbo di 11 mesi, eravamo sempre col passeggino in pineta... e qui abbiamo davvero goduto la nostra vacanza! Grazie ancora Beatrice! ##### Mauro C. Séjour de 7 nuits en avril 2018 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### vania s. 14 janv. 2018 #### Inverno caldo e accogliente Siamo stati nell'appartamento Anna io, mio marito e i miei bambini di 4 e 8 anni (quest'ultimo disabile su sedia a rotelle); ci tengo a precisarlo perchè l'appartamento e le zone comuni compreso l'ascensore sono completamente accessibili per portatori di handicap. Che dire? La vacanza è volata in quanto la sistemazione è risultata ottima per le nostre esigenze: il mare è a due passi. Si è vicini comunque a Pinarella, Cervia, Milano Marittima e dall'altra parte Cesenatico (ovviamente tutte da raggiungere con l'auto). L'appartamento è caldo, accogliente, pulitissimo e dotato di ogni confort. Beatrice e la mamma sono gentilissime e disponibili quindi... arrivederci! Grazie di tutto. Vicinissima a tutto, verduriere, alimentari, macelleria, panetteria. Dotata di comodissima lavanderia privata al piano terra. Beatrice e Maria Luisa gentilissime e molto disponibili.
