Property Summary  
Casa Mori is a charming vacation rental nestled on a hillside, surrounded by a 10-hectare estate that produces wine, oil, and honey. The fine sandstone house has been expertly renovated to preserve its original features, such as open-beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. It is comfortably furnished and includes amenities such as a dishwasher, satellite TV, internet wifi, and a safe. The property also features a private, well-kept garden, a swimming pool with panoramic views, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue area. Parking is available on site.  
  
Outdoors  
You can take advantage of the fully equipped swimming pool (8 x 15 m, depth 20 - 230 cm, seasonal availability: 1.May. - 23.Oct.) that offers a stunning panoramic view of the hills and towers of San Gimignano, located 15 km away. The property includes a private, well-kept garden with a lawn and wildlife garden. Free mountain bike rentals are available for local excursions, and swimming towels are provided complimentary. Estate produce can be purchased on site, allowing you to enjoy the locally sourced wine, oil, and honey.

Casa Mori is a cozy single-family house located in a quiet and sunny position on top of a hill in the countryside of Certaldo, Italy. The property includes a partially renovated barn occasionally used for estate work and wine harvests. Heating is available only from November 1st to April 14th. Cook services are available upon request for an extra fee. Bicycles are provided for guests to use, and table tennis is available inside the house.

On the upper level, you will find a double bedroom and a walk-through room with 2 beds, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and living room with an open-hearth fireplace. The kitchen includes 4 hot plates, an oven, and a dishwasher, and there is a dining table for enjoying meals. From the living room, you can exit to the garden, terrace, and swimming pool. There is also a shower/bidet/WC on this level. The lower ground floor can be accessed via an exterior staircase and includes a large playroom with an open-hearth fireplace. This room also has an exit to the garden and a shower/WC. The upper floor of the house features a living room with a double sofabed, open-hearth fireplace, and satellite TV. From this room, you can also exit to the garden. There is another double bedroom on this level, as well as a shower/bidet/WC.
