Situated in one of the hills that typify the surrounding terrain, Casa Chic is a Tuscan villa with a swimming pool that is ideal for group vacations in Tuscany. Certaldo is an ancient town that is halfway between Siena and Florence. Surrounded by a sizable private park and featuring a large private parking area that is accessible through an imposing and ancient iron gate, Casa Chic is an exclusive villa with a swimming pool close to Florence. Surrounded by centuries-old trees and olive groves, the Tuscan villa's outdoor space features a barbecue and gazebo, making it the perfect venue for hosting a wedding, event, or reception.  
The most distinctive feature of the house is the 29-degree heated swimming pool. It was constructed on the brink of a terrace that, like a natural terrace, overlooks a sizable portion of the Chianti. It is 18 metres long and 4 metres wide. The poolside villa close to Florence blends seamlessly into the evocative surroundings, making it the perfect getaway location in Tuscany's Chianti region.  
  
A beautifully manicured garden with armchairs, chaise longues, and gazebos surrounds the magnificent swimming pool. It's the ideal spot for long conversations under the starry sky or for leisurely sunbathing.  
The villa, which spans three floors and 600 square metres, is perfect for group vacations in Tuscany because of its spacious, light-filled rooms. The aristocratic tradition is reflected in the period furniture that adorns the spacious lounges and cosy bedrooms. Nevertheless, contemporary amenities like a fully equipped kitchen, a hydromassage bathroom, a room equipped with satellite TV, a DVD player and a stereo system are not disregarded. The spacious dining room, which has a table that seats eighteen, is the focal point of the home. It was defined as a dream within a dream.
