Which means you have to be escorted by their reception staff to the pool to gain access and have to be escorted to the toilets while using the pool because you don’t have an access card yourself. This felt awkward to keep asking to be escorted and it felt like I wasn’t welcome. This massively impacted my experience here as a solo female traveller.
