"We had a good experience overall, although there are definitely some things that could be improved. The rooms are very outdated and lack basic amenities such as a closet, dresser, iron, and hair dryer. The biggest issue for us was the shower water, which was cold and made showering very uncomfortable. On the positive side, all of the employees were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We also loved having the open bar included, which was a great perk, and the location is excellent and very convenient for exploring Old San Juan. With some updates to the rooms and, most importantly, reliable hot water, the experience would be much better."

"I came here for a special occasion and everything lived up to expectation. The property is amazing. The staff is so so friendly, like incredibly friendly and they treat you like you would not belong anywhere else. The beach is so beautiful and maintained. Crystal clear water. The food is very good and the chef accommodated us with specific requests. We got a plunge pool and you can step off your private area right onto the beach and take a nice beach walk at night. It’s really secluded, calm and peaceful. You can rent a golf cart for $200 a day and go to the free amenity waterpark called the watermelon which has a lazy river pool that wraps around it’s entirety. It’s quite expensive, but if you’re looking for something truly special and amazing then this is the place to go to. Thank you so much to the staff. 🙏🙏🙏"
