Property Summary  
The holiday village "Holiday Hill 64" in Čistá v Krkonoších, 2 km from Černý Důl, is a child-friendly, beautiful, and comfortable vacation rental surrounded by trees and meadows. It is situated at 500 meters above sea level and comprises 43 houses within the resort. The property offers a shared area of 6 hectares, including a meadow and a heated swimming pool (9 x 4 meters, depth 120 cm) available seasonally from May 15 to September 30, with pool opening hours from 9:00 to 20:00\. Additional amenities include a table tennis area, children's playground with swings and a sandbox, and parking for 2 cars at the house. You will also have access to Internet Wifi and a yard.  
  
Outdoors  
The holiday village enjoys a secluded, quiet, and sunny position, 1.5 km from the lake and 3 km from the skiing area, surrounded by the countryside. Hiking paths lead directly from the house, and there is a cycle lane within 100 meters. The property is situated near well-known ski regions, including Černý Důl (3 km), Herlíkovice (15 km), and Pec pod Sněžkou (22 km). Additionally, it is close to popular lakes, such as Čistá (1.5 km), Vrchlabí (9 km), and the Sněžka hiking trail (25 km).

The complex features a reception area and a central heating system. Nearby amenities include a shop (2.5 km), grocery store (2.5 km), supermarket (7.5 km), restaurant (1.6 km), pub garden (400 m), and a bus stop "Černý Důl, Čistá-pošta" (400 m). Other recreational facilities in the vicinity include a golf course (18 holes, 14 km), tennis courts (2.5 km), sports center (2.5 km), ski lift (3 km), chair lift (3 km), slopes (3 km), ski school (3 km), children's ski school (3 km), sled run (7 km), and cross-country ski tracks (100 m). There is also an indoor swimming pool within 19 km.

The holiday village is conveniently located near several attractions, such as Janské Lázně Spa (9 km), Vrchlabí (10 km), Aquapark Trutnov (25 km), Zoo Safari Dvůr Králové Nad Labem, Czech Republic (29 km), Bozkovské jeskyně (37 km), and Adršpašské skály (44 km). These distances make it an ideal base for exploring the surrounding areas.

Unit Layout  
Your vacation rental is a 4-room house with a total area of 100 square meters spread across two levels. The bright, comfortable, and cozy furnishings create a welcoming atmosphere. On the main level, you'll find an open living room equipped with satellite TV and an exit leading to the terrace. The kitchen is well-appointed with four hot plates, a dishwasher, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table. There is also a separate water closet on this level.  
  
Amenities Included  
The upper floor consists of three bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with two single beds, and a third with a set of bunk beds suitable for two people. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet on this level as well. Outside, you can enjoy the small terrace with furniture, offering stunning views of the mountains and countryside. Additional amenities include a baby cot and complimentary Wi-Fi internet access. Please note that this is a non-smoking house, and up to two pets or dogs are allowed (just an example).  
  
Other Information  
You will be responsible for arranging your own towels during your stay. The property is suitable for families and can accommodate a maximum capacity of six guests comfortably.
