"The property is fantastic, the room was beautiful, and the facility, in general, was superb; the only concern is the access to the property from the train station. The schedule for the transportation was not clear or shared with guests. I tried to contact the hotel through the Expedia app/website, but they didn't respond to my messages. That was a concern for me because I was traveling with my daughter. "

"Through my work as an airline pilot, I am very lucky to stay in some very high-end hotels, which are usually five star. Although this hostel is certainly not five star, the welcome I received and the friendliness of the staff was simply amazing. Thank you for making me feel at home.! "Fantastic stay in Andorra - our second visit. First was 1975\. The city has changed a lot! The Grand Plaza Hotel was great. Wonderful people working there, especially Julio at the front door and Ivan in the restaurants. Our room was fantastic. My only nit is the daily housekeeping was only so-so."

"A very beautiful hotel, perched on the side of the mountain offering beautiful views down into the valley and across to the mountains on the other side. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern, spacious and staff keep them well maintained. The pool and spa are beautiful, truly an oasis after a chilly day out on the slopes. The hotel offers a free shuttle from Canillo up to the hotel, which is definitely a lifesaver - it’s a long old, steep walk up from the village!"
