"Casa D’aria is a quaint and lovely place for a vacation set in an ideal location in Catania. The eclectic style of the entire building is so interesting and homey. We had excellent communication with the owners leading up to our check in. The room was massive! With the comfiest bed tucked up on a loft. We made use of the full kitchenette and our room even had a washer to do our laundry. The rooftop communal terrace was a great place to enjoy a bottle of wine and listen to the sounds of Catania....

"The host was communicative and very friendly and helpful. We arrived late, but he did not complain about having to meet us so late. He was helpful with suggestions of places to eat nearby and things to do and see. It is about a 15-minute walk from the train station and about 10-15 minutes from the main tourist area of the city. The apartment was spacious and clean, and the host had provided some cold drinks in the fridge and some breakfast pastries. The air conditioner cooled the place well."

"The apartment was in a great location. Some excellent restaurants close by. Great setup for three adults travelling together (a married couple plus one!). Giovanni was extremely helpful, meeting us at the apartment for check-in and helping with luggage. "Our children loved the pool which is deep and set in a small garden with terracotta pots all around it. The area is quiet and close to the airport and was easy to find. There's also plenty of parking close by. Thanks Francesca and Valentino!"

The front desk rep. did move us no problem. However he failed to let us know that there is a way to go across the street to the beach with chairs and umbrellas.
