"I had a quick overnight stay in Richmond on my way further south. The Omni is always a solid choice as it’s centrally located for going out (Shockoe Bottom area and near lots of restaurants). The staff were all helpful and the room was pleasant. Loved the amenities in the lobby, especially the Starbucks. "

"It was a bit run down - but not too bad. We stayed here after a tour of University of Richmond. The lady at the front was very nice. Breakfast was fine. Not bad for the price, since Richmond can be a bit pricey. "
