"The breakfast attendant was outstanding. She was so friendly and was on the run continually replenishing what was needed or constantly cleaning all surfaces. Never seen anything like it! Would have been nice if a loaf of gluten free bread was kept on hand but we did bring our own just in case. Any other staff we had contact with was very friendly also. Makes a difference in one’s stay. "

"I was visiting Nanaimo for 2 nights and this was my second stay at the hotel. Both times staff were friendly and efficient during Check In. The room was very clean (especially the bathroom), the AC was very cold which was was needed this week and the fresh continental breakfast and coffee was delicious and convenient for me during my stay in the city for business.
