« Beautiful property on the golf course with a private pool and lush greenery surrounding you. A short walk to downtown and all the shop’s restaurants and Art Walk is only a 10-15 minute walk. We enjoyed making our breakfast and coffee mornings in the the fully stocked kitchen and a few BBQs in the evenings on the outdoor grill. Great grocery stores nearby for all your needs! « We have stayed at the Alegranza about 10 times over the last 7 years but never did "The Penthouse" experience but always wanted to. We decided it was time and booked for this condo and so glad we did. I dont think now we can go back to the regular condos now...lol. The condo was very well stocked and the upkeep was great. « The description and photos were accurate. Four couples and each had nice, large rooms. The outside balcony, the living room and the pool deck provided common space to enjoy each other. The casa is located in a gated community providing short walks. we used the rental car, and Uber to get around. The town of San Jose is quaint, has excellent restaurants as well as some within short drive on the beach. We drove to public beaches, Chileno, and Palmilla. The owner came over to answer any questions...

« This property was everything and more.. The hosts Karen and Frank were amazing and made our stay extra special. They gave us a lot of info on all the places to go and eat. The Studio is well equipped, the bed was comfortable and pillows good. It is within walking distance to everything. Groceries were a little further , but walked there and took Uber back. We were close enough to the beach that we could walk, or if you wanted to stay at the studio, there was a small dipping pool and lounge...
