« Jolie façade, hôtel très bien situé à proximité de la gare (vraiment très proche) et du centre. Accueil correct, plutôt froid : le personnel relativement jeune semble avoir été embauché en "job d'été" (étonnant pour un hôtel de ce standing) et ne parvient pas à nous indiquer les toilettes... la personne réceptionnant nos bagages balancent littéralement l'un de nos sacs, faisant tomber nos vestes au sol, nous avons été très surpris par cette attitude, au petit déjeuner un serveur nous retirait...

« Ma chambre était assez petite mais tout le reste était absolument parfait. Le personnel est plein de petites attentions, votre séjour est personnalisé, on se sent vraiment comme à la maison ! Cet hôtel est situé à 5 minutes à pied de la vieille ville et à proximité immédiate des restaurants et transports en commun. Chaque chambre a sa propre décoration ça change des grandes chaînes hôtelières comme Accor. Dans cet hôtel les petits détails sont partout et la décoration est faite avec goût ! »

« We arrived in Poznan very early, so we contacted the owner and asked if we could check in early. They gave us an upgraded apartment and let us check in early at no extra cost. It was a lovely apartment right beside the main square. It was clean and a good size with a mezzanine sleeping area. We really loved it, especially the location. »
